Just a note to let you know how I am progressing on the full integration of MYAP into our site, and to give you my input on the consulting package we chose.


As you know, we made our decision early in Sept. 2001 to go with MYAP. In less than a month, even with the Sept. 11th tragedy, we have been able to integrate MYAP with ease. We lost about 2 weeks with the tragic events that hit our nation and the world, so with what our objectives were from the beginning, I am extremely happy with the ease and the total support that we have received from the staff at KowaBunga! I especially want to thank Jeff Doak for his rapid response and professionalism in our dealings with him. He has exhibited the patience that a "newbie" needs, and has dealt swiftly with every question we have asked. And I must admit, there were some pretty elementary questions posed of him, but his rapid response saved us much time and really improved our learning curve! Thanks Jeff!


We selected a Consulting Package when we placed our order, which included the telephone consultations with Linda Woods. I can't say enough positive things about Linda! She truly knows what the "affiliate world" is doing, and has a vast knowledge of the marketing and recruitment requirements of an Affiliate Manager. Very professional Power Point presentation materials were used in one consultation, and she spent the time to explain in detail many marketing and recruitment strategies, all tailored to our market. She had done her homework prior to the consultation, spending time on our site, signing up as an affiliate, and getting a feel for our business model.


On our second consultation, Linda focused on our specific progress on the Action Plan from your excellent "Affiliate Marketing Plan Builder" eBook. Again, the focus was on our business model, not a general model. She had visited the site again, as we had implemented additional affiliate marketing tools, in order to know exactly where we were at. As a result of this session, many very positive and helpful suggestions were given. We have ended up with a virtual road map that will guide us in building our business! We now have a complete strategy in order to focus on the
development of our marketing and affiliate programs.


We had initially elected to go with a competitor of MYAP almost a year ago. It literally became a nightmare in the implementation, and the support was so thin that it would take a forever to get even basic questions resolved!


When I became aware of Dr. Wilson's survey of affiliate programs I participated in the survey, anxiously awaiting the results. And of course, MYAP came out on top, so I began my review. I even attempted to get the company I was with to tell me what features and improvements the next version (if any) of their program would have in it. They could not even tell me, other than it would be "improved" over the present module. That was the final straw. No plan apparently, that they were willing to share.


And they still do not have an "improved" version, but I do know that they have increased their monthly fee, because "of the expense of administration." They may not have much administration left to do if they don't improve!


I know that there is not a program that can even come close to MYAP, and I doubt that there ever will be. Networks can not hold a candle to MYAP, and the fees they charge turned me off immediately. I want to have marketing control with my affiliates, and have the ability to communicate and work with them one on one in order to tailor programs to their needs. I don't believe any network gives me that ability. I have a friend who has over 2,000 affiliates in his program, administered by CJ. In 7 month's he has made 1 sale!!! He needs MYAP, and the Consulting Package!


Any current user of MYAP should seriously consider the consulting
packages! If their program is not what they think it should be, the
consulting package, and the assistance from Linda Woods will help them develop a strong plan of attack. Anyone who is considering MYAP as their solution should look no further than Dr. Wilson's report, perhaps talk to a few users of MYAP, and come on board! The trip will be excellent, and they will see results rapidly. And, they should of course consider the
Consulting Package.
