When I try to print a page from a web site, why do some of the letters get cut off on the right edge?

Printers and browsers don't always mesh. You have probably noticed that what appears on the printed page is not how the pages looks in your browser. With various screen resolutions, browser options, and a multitude of other variables it is impossible to please everyone about every issue when it comes to web sites.

One solution I have found that takes care of this issue most of the time is to highlight the text I want to print. Click File the Print. When the print screen appears there should be an option to print just the Selection. Select that option and click print. The only thing that will print is what you have highlighted. Normally all of the selected text will print without being cut off unless the page is abnormally wide for some other reason.

Do not use the Printer icon unless you want to print everything on the page. Clicking the icon goes directly to the printer and uses the default settings without opening the Print screen to allow you to make any changes in the printing option.
